NO Resort Fees!

We are excited that you are going to stay with us! Here are a few things we want you to know about our reservations: Sandstone Creek Club is a timeshare with a check in/check out day on Saturday, so reservations from Saturday to Saturday work best. Reservations that cross over a Saturday may require a room move. During peak season there may be a minimum night requirement. Also, if you are traveling on the spur of the moment, please do not hesitate to call because we do often have last minute availability. We are looking forward to seeing you soon and hope you enjoy your stay!

FAQs

One half of the total is due 10 days after making the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for value and regular season and 60 days for holiday season. Reservations made within the final payment due date require a MasterCard or Visa at time of booking and will be charged for full payment at time of booking.

Cancels 30 days (60 for Christmas) or more prior to arrival are due a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee PER UNIT reserved. Cancel within 30 days (60 for Christmas) of arrival will forfeit all payment received by Sandstone Creek Club.

An extra person charge will be assessed for each extra person exceeding the standard occupancy, charged as follows: $10 for any person 11 years and older; 10 years and under free when sharing same room as parents.

Sandstone Creek Club has a free high­speed wired and wireless internet access in all our rooms. Simply bring your laptop. And if you don’t bring your own computer, we have complimentary internet computers and a printer in the lobby for quick internet access. We provide you with detailed instructions for easy accessing of the internet through our service provider, ResortInternet.

SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED! Service Animals are welcome.  Animals must be accompanied by the owner at ALL TIMES. Service Animals are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Pets whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do NOT qualify under the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT .

Check­in time is 4:00pm, and check­out time is 10:00am

Late check ins between 11 pm and 1 am are subject to a $75 late check
in fee. If you arrive after 1 am, the fee is $300.

Washers and dryers are in all condominiums in Buildings 2 and 3. Building 1 has a shared laundry room on the first floor. Machines are free and complimentary laundry detergent is available at the front desk. If you would like a washer and dryer in your unit, please specifically request it when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
