Internal Exchanges

Following are the Rules of Use for Internal Owner Exchange:

Owner needs to fill out the Exchange Request Form.

The Exchange Request will be reviewed for accuracy by Sandstone staff and posted on the website.

Owners are responsible for negotiating the internal owner exchange.

Units can only be traded between Sandstone Creek Club owners of record.

Both parties must sign an Owner Internal Exchange Agreement to trade their unit/week for the year.

Maintenance fees must be current.

Trading from one size/type condominium to another size/type is acceptable.

Confirmation will be delivered by e-mail upon completion and return of the Exchange Agreement by the reservations department.

In the event the traded week cannot be used, the week can be banked with RCI, II, or DAE if processed at least 14 days in advance of arrival.
