There isn’t one answer to the question. However, one of the reasons lies simply in the fact that we are an undiscovered gem. If everyone knew about us, we would be fully booked all of the time, you would not be able to get in and we would have to charge more. It is that old supply and demand theory at work.

Another reason is that Sandstone Creek Club is a timeshare organization, owned by our owners and managed by a board of directors. We are a not for profit organization, unlike hotels, so we can set our own rates and keep them reasonable for our guests. Profit is not the only motivation when setting our rates.

Also, Sandstone Creek Club is not slopeside. We are located on the other side of the highway from Vail Mountain, a short 5 minute drive away from The Village and skiing. We do run a complimentary ski shuttle in the winter so you do not have to drive in and park. Not being slopeside is not really a disadvantge however, it allows more space for bigger condos and more facilities. Also, you do not have to fight the crowds and it is quieter than a slopeside condo.
